Kinspire Learning Systems operates Kinspire DigiLearn with a strong, child-first privacy architecture. We believe learning platforms should educate without surveilling students.

This policy outlines how we handle user privacy in compliance with the Nigeria Data Protection Act (NDPA 2023) and international child online privacy best practices.

1. Zero Required Student Sign-In

  • Kinspire DigiLearn does not require student accounts, passwords, email addresses, phone numbers, or profile information to access lessons.
  • Pupils and teachers can freely explore notes, interactive diagrams, and quizzes without creating an account or logging in.

2. No Personal Data Harvesting

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade student data.
  • We do not track individual students across the web, nor do we run behavioral advertising or marketing trackers.
  • Interactive quizzes are evaluated locally on the student's browser (client-side). Answers, scores, and quiz attempts are not stored on remote servers or shared with third-party data brokers.

3. Server Logs and Technical Information

When you access our website, standard web server logs record basic technical diagnostics:

  • IP address (anonymized in log aggregation)
  • Browser user-agent and operating system
  • Requested pages and timestamps
  • HTTP response codes

These logs are collected solely for system stability, security auditing, and server performance monitoring. They are retained for a limited operational window and automatically purged.

4. Cookies and Local Storage

  • Kinspire DigiLearn uses only essential functional storage (such as remembering your active tab preference or local theme settings).
  • We do not deploy third-party advertising cookies or cross-site tracking pixels.
